This Privacy Policy explains how Driven (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use drivens.co and the Driven mobile application (together, the “Services”). This Policy applies only to activities on our Services and does not apply to offline activities.

- keep you informed about order/service status,
- notify you about products or special offers that may be of interest (where permitted), and

A. No selling of personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information collected through the Services.
B. Service providers (delivery, operations, analytics, communications)
We may disclose necessary information (including delivery information) to third parties to help us:
- track and fulfill orders,
- deliver products/services,
- improve site/app functionality,
- perform statistical and data analysis, and
- deliver promotional emails/communications from us.
For example, we may share your address with a delivery provider to deliver an item you ordered.
Media Access & (Photos & Videos)
Our app does not request or require persistent access to photos or videos stored on your device.
When you choose to upload or select an image or video, the app uses the Android system photo picker to allow you to select specific media files on a one-time basis.
The app only accesses the media file you explicitly select, and no other photos or videos on your device are accessed, stored, or scanned.
C. Legal requirements & business transfers
We may disclose information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or lawful requests, or as otherwise required by law.
We may also transfer information as part of bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets/ownership.
4) Payments
We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease credit/debit card details or personally identifiable payment information to any third parties. We also will not pass debit/credit card details to third parties.
5) Cookies
Cookies are small data files stored in your browser. We may use cookies to determine whether you have visited our home page in the past. No other user information is gathered through this cookie use.
6) Aggregated Data & Published Content
We may use non-personal aggregated data to enhance the operation of our Services or analyze interest in specific areas. If you provide content for publishing or feedback, we may publish your username or other identifying data with your permission.
7) Location Consent and Google Play Requirements
When the Driven app needs location to provide a feature, we will:
- show a clear in-app disclosure explaining what location data is accessed/collected and why, and
- request your consent/permission before accessing it.
Your controls: You can deny location permission when prompted or revoke it later from your device/app settings. Some features may not work without location access.
Background location (only if ever used): If any feature requires location while the app is not in use, we will provide an additional prominent disclosure explaining which feature uses background location and obtain any required approvals/consents consistent with Google Play guidance.

We take appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security through hardware and software measures. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed online.

10) Minors
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. Minors are not permitted to use our Services, and we request that minors under 18 do not submit personal information through the Services.
